New to the community, or just need a refresher?
Here’s a short guide to the resources available to Terra Vista residents.
For everyday info
Start with the Resident Info page. It covers pool and amenity hours, gate and guest parking, trash and recycling, and utility contacts — all in one place.
For official business
All official association matters are handled by GUD Community Management:
- Dues and payments
- Maintenance requests for common areas
- Architectural / modification requests
- Rule questions and official records
You can reach GUD by phone or email, and sign in to the secure resident portal to pay dues, submit requests, and view documents. The contact details are on the Resident Info page and in the footer of every page.
Two associations, briefly
Terra Vista is its own condominium association (managed by GUD) and also sits within the larger Tatum Ranch master-planned community (managed separately). Most day-to-day questions are handled by GUD — start there and they’ll point you in the right direction if needed.
